How does sizing work?
Our pieces come in sizes 54, 56 and 58. See our size guide.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide and usually arrives in 3 to 4 business days. Need it sooner? Choose express at checkout for $15, usually 1 to 3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For orders outside Australia, email us at oatstudio498@gmail.com and we’ll arrange shipping for you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check the size guide before you order. If your piece arrives faulty, email us and we’ll make it right. A photo or video helps if you can take one. See our returns policy.

How do I care for my mukhawar?
Treat it gently: dry clean or hand wash cold, never wring or tumble dry, and press on low from the reverse, away from the beadwork.
